Is the recommendation influenced by who pays you?
No. Nothing in the ranking is for sale. The scoring weights are published, the per-criterion breakdown is shown on every result, and vendors cannot buy a position. We make money from our own services and from vendors who pay for qualified introductions after you ask for one — never for a higher rank.
Does this use AI?
Not a language model, no — and that is deliberate. Recommendations come from a deterministic weighted scoring engine running against our catalogue. That means the same answers always produce the same shortlist, every score can be traced to a specific signal, and a hard requirement like GST compliance actually rules products out instead of being softly down-weighted. A chatbot cannot promise you any of that.
How long does it take?

Do I have to give my contact details?
