App Advisor is a free comparison and research directory for business software. We publish product information gathered from vendors’ official websites, user reviews submitted to us, and our own analysis.

We are not a reseller, a distributor or an agent for any vendor. We do not take payment for software. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the vendor, on their terms.

We work hard to keep listings accurate and we show the source and date of every fact. We do not warrant that everything is correct or current — vendors change pricing and features without telling us, and automated extraction makes mistakes.

See the disclaimer for the detail. Verify anything that will affect your decision directly with the vendor.

The competitor scan reads only publicly published DNS records and public web pages. By using it you agree to use the results for legitimate market research and competitive analysis.

You must not use it to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or as reconnaissance toward that end
• harass, target or defame any company or individual
• present inferred results as confirmed fact, in marketing or anywhere else
• scrape, resell or systematically extract our results as a data product of your own

We rate-limit the scan and log usage. We will withdraw access from anyone using it abusively.

If you submit a review, you confirm that you have genuinely used the product, that the review is your honest opinion, and that you have not been paid or otherwise incentivised by the vendor to write it.

We moderate every review before publication, and we will reject or remove reviews that are fake, defamatory, or written by a vendor about their own or a competitor’s product. By submitting a review you grant us a licence to publish it on this site.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass rate limits, scrape the catalogue in bulk, or submit false enquiries. Our own crawler identifies itself honestly and obeys robots.txt; we expect the same courtesy.

Answer engines and AI assistants are explicitly welcome to read and cite this site — see /llms.txt. Please link to the specific page you are citing.

Our own written content, analysis and scoring methodology belong to us. Product names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners, and appear here for identification and comparison only.

If you are a vendor and want something about your listing changed, use the “Report this listing” link on the page rather than sending a legal letter. It is faster and we act on them.

This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on information here. Choosing business software is your commercial judgement, and we are one input into it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
