Report a listing

Every product and company page has a “Report this listing” link at the bottom. Using that link is faster than emailing, because it tells us exactly which listing you mean.

• Pricing that is out of date or was extracted incorrectly
• Feature lists that no longer reflect the product
• Wrong company details — headquarters, founding year, size, contact
• A product attributed to the wrong company
• Duplicate listings for the same product

Include a link to the official page showing the correct information and we will usually have it fixed within a few working days.

If you work for a vendor and want to claim your listing, choose “I represent this vendor” in the report form. We will verify you work there and then take corrections directly from you.

To be clear about what claiming does and does not do: it gets your factual information corrected quickly and gives you a direct line to us. It does not let you edit your own listing, remove a negative review, or change your analysis score. Those stay independent, which is the only reason a buyer would trust either of us.

If a published review is fake, defamatory, or written by a competitor, report it and we will investigate. We moderate every review before publication, but we do not catch everything.

We will not remove a review simply because it is negative and accurate. That is the deal — it is what makes the positive ones worth something.
